Experience Required:- 3 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities:-

●       Cost Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data on operational costs, including raw materials, labor, and overheads.

●       Variance Analysis: Working and analysis of Sales Variance, Material Variance and GP Variance to understand the volume, price and mix impact on RMSP.

●       Conversion Cost: Working of conversion cost with analysis for submission to plant head

●       Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, perform periodic stock valuations, and conduct physical inventory counts to ensure data accuracy. Cost Vs NRV Working

●       MIS & Reporting: Prepare various report like Margin Analysis (RMSP), Segment Profitability. Variance Analysis Actual Vs AOP, Actual Vs Previous Month. PPV Working SKU wise EBITDA working. Summarize production details. Segment wise FG Inventory

●       Statutory: Preparation of Cost Records for Cost Audit. Preparation of RM consumption data for Tax Audit and other Statutory Audit requirements.

●       ERP System: Maintain the system related controls for cost accuracy and other system related developments to improve the routine workings.

Required Skills:-

o   Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

o   Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and accounting software.
