Key Responsibilities:
* Costing & Operations: Monitor production costs (COGM), validate operational expenses, and lead inventory governance.
* FP&A: Prepare monthly Plant P&L statements, lead the annual budgeting process, and provide data-driven insights for operational decisions.
* Reporting & Compliance: Oversee monthly factory closing, manage Balance Sheet schedules, and act as the lead for internal and statutory audits.
* Internal Controls: Implement SOX requirements and continuously improve plant accounting processes.
What We’re Looking For:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (Master’s preferred); Professional certification like CA, CPA, or CMA is required.
* Experience: 6+ years in finance management with strong proficiency in SAP and ERP systems.
* Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of accounting standards.
