Travel: Monthly plant visits to Morbi & Himmatnagar (2–3 times)

=Key Responsibilities

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual product costing and analyze key raw material cost variations.
* Develop monthly and quarterly MIS reports in Excel, including division-wise profitability analysis.
* Prepare monthly stock statements and manage inventory valuation for finished goods and WIP.
* Prepare quarterly division-wise cost sheets and reconcile them with balance sheet results.
* Perform cost control by comparing actual costs with standard costs and reporting variances to management.
* Analyze marketing and sales promotion expenses with month-on-month variance analysis.
* Prepare quarterly transfer pricing reports for related-party purchase and sales transactions.
* Assist in investor presentation data preparation in coordination with the finance team.
* Create MIS and management PowerPoint presentations, including overseas company presentations.
* Prepare data for anti-dumping duty submissions.
* Assist in income tax return preparation, including stock details under Annexure 3CD.
